Heats for Inter-house Sportsmeet 2013 have been started last friday. As playground is not good condition because of recent heavy raining in Vavuniya, it has been decided to hold indoor games first, then the other events will be started gradually.

Tribute to Pirabaharan Sajeepan
Our school student Pirabaharan Sajeepan prematurely died yesterday (01.01.2013). He last sat for G.C.E O/L examinations held in December 2012. He was a brother of Master Pirabaharan Praveen studying in grade 13 Commerce (English medium) at our school. This sad event has given us great anxiety. We pray for his soul rest in peace and convey our deep sympathy to his family members.
"Shramadhana" and tree plantation campaign
"Shramadhana" and tree plantation campaign was carried out today at school during first two lesson periods in the rememberance of President anniversary and his birthday falling on November 18. All the students fully participated in this campaign with the direction of principal and deputy principals.
Another participation in All Island School Athletics - 2012
Vinogini Muthukkumar participated in all island school athletics - 2012 on behalf of our school. She got 5th place in 5000m for girls under 19 and performed 19:56:29 time duration. And, she got 6th place in 800m race and performed 2:39:72 time duration.
